For Demifine, Gold, and Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD):

  • You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers are eligible for a refund as UYOU Wallet credit.

  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are still eligible for return.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is required for any claims of missing items. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.


How to Initiate a Return Request

  1. Visit the Return/Exchange section on the UYOU website or app, or go directly to: https://returns.uyou.com/login

  2. Enter your UYOU Order ID and Contact Number. Ensure the Order ID is correctly entered, beginning with #UY....

  3. Select the items you wish to return.

  4. Provide required details:

    • Reason for return

    • Minimum of two images

    • Pickup address and preferred date

    • Refund method

  5. Review your details and confirm your request.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines, after pickup and verification.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refunded to the UPI or bank account provided by you.

LGD Orders

  • LGD products can only be exchanged for other LGD items.

  • If exchanged for Demifine, the total value of the Demifine product(s) must be equal to or higher than the LGD item.

  • If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit, redeemable at checkout.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Products sold under Goodbye Sale or marked as Clearance on the product page.
