Return Conditions

An unboxing video is required for any claims of missing items. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

LGD Orders

LGD products can only be exchanged for other LGD items.

If exchanged for Demifine, the total value of the Demifine product(s) must be equal to or higher than the LGD item.
